Patrick Cote is a well rounded fighter with moderate BJJ skills and decent hands. Almeida is a BJJ expert with heavy leg kicks and moderate striking ability.
FIGHT ANALYSIS: This is an easy call for us… Cote will try to keep this fight standing (even though he has been talking up his BJJ skills). He will attempt to tire out Almeida to keep that submission in check. Almeida will throw kick and punch until there is an opening for a takedown. Once on the ground, Almeida will quickly end the fight. ALMEIDA BY SUBMISSION

Cote has a better chance at this than you think. I give it to Cote in the standup and Almeida on the ground but Cote is going to wear out Almeida and win the fight by ref stoppage.
