Just because he came from the Ultimate Fighter Series, don't count him out. His leg kicks are among the most devastating in the league. Liddell had no counter for that at all and he beat Silva. I still think that Silva will prove his dominance outside of Pride and he NEEDS to win this fight to look like much of anything anymore. I see him getting inside and scoring a good nockout, like you say... but I would not be surprised if Jardine came out strong and won either. Tough call, but I am betting Silva. Jardine is way tough.
